Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in the same condition you received it, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at help@anabellacorsi.com with your order number. We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Returns are free — we cover return shipping on all orders within the United States, and there are no restocking fees.

Please don't send items back before contacting us. Packages returned without an approved request can't be accepted.

Returns are sent to: Anabella Corsi Returns, 3053 Sunset Ln, Traverse City, MI 49686, United States. Please use the prepaid label we provide rather than sending items to this address directly.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us at help@anabellacorsi.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without their original tags and packaging cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or colour is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, email us and we'll arrange it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, in US dollars, for the full purchase price. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the credit.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you haven't seen it, contact us at help@anabellacorsi.com and we'll chase it up.

Cancellations

If your order hasn't entered processing yet, we can usually cancel it. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
